Make sure the passenger doesn`t hold so hard that you can`t breathe. Clinging to the handles forces the runner to sit up straight, which means their weight isn`t as centralized. While driving, the passenger must sit behind and as close as possible to the cyclist. This helps maintain the balance of the bike. In a curve, you need to tell your passenger to lean in the same direction as you. The weight of the cyclist and passenger affects how the bike enters curves.
