Koprowski previously served as Regional Director of Advocacy for legal aid programs in Broward and Collier counties from 2010 to 2021. As Executive Director of East River Legal Services, Ms. Thompson increased the program`s capacity, resulting in a 300% increase in the number of clients served each year. He also developed a new fundraising strategy, increased program revenues, and successfully lobbied for the South Dakota Legislature, which allowed the government to fund legal aid, a first in South Dakota`s history. Prior to joining East River Legal Services, Thompson practiced law for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid for over 11 years, leading a large number of cases and co-chairing the interdisciplinary project team on domestic violence and sexual assault. Thompson has appeared before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and participated in the formation of the Stearns County Domestic Violence Court. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. O`Callaghan joined the Collier County Legal Aid Service in 2005 as a family law clerk and became senior counsel at LASCC in 2010. Carol is the past president of the Collier County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Section and the Collier County Women`s Bar Association (CCWBA). The Florida Association of Women Lawyers inducted her into the Law Leaders class in 2015. The CCWBA named her Lawyer of the Year 2015-2016.
In 2021, she was named to Naples County`s Naples 100 list as one of Collier County`s Most Influential Business Leaders.
