We are looking for an Investment Associate to support this continued expansion of the business within a team that is currently small relative to its assets under management and the complexity of the opportunities. We are looking for an analyst for the Legal & General Real Assets platform. This person will act as a key person in creating and updating the funds` financial models, working with the fund and transaction teams to forecast future investment returns at the asset and fund level, analyzing performance against benchmarks, examining risks and opportunities and modelling the impact of acquisitions, sales and changes in the fund`s strategy. LGIM Private Credit has expanded its real estate debt (“RED”) business in recent years and has positioned itself as a leading institutional investor in this area.
Our RED strategy focuses on senior debt investment loans to a wide range of borrowers and sector types (office, logistics, industrial, BTR, PRS, student housing, retail, healthcare and hotels) in the UK and Europe. Deal sizes range from £20 million to £300 million+ and loan terms range from 3 to 15 years. Funding is provided on behalf of internal and external LGIM clients and by external funds. The Compliance Analyst will be primarily responsible for working with the Compliance Manager in the administration of the Compliance Program with a focus on marketing materials. The incumbent will contribute to compliance reviews, investigations and monitoring activities, as well as the implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures.
In addition, they will participate in auditing compliance with marketing policies and procedures, including GIPS, email monitoring, and other periodic testing and annual reviews.
