ANZSIL stakeholders organize workshops and other events from time to time. Founded in 2010, the Association d`Intérêt en Droit Economique International (IELIG) of ANZSIL organizes an annual colloquium on business law issues. Established in 2014, ANZSIL`s International Peace and Security Interest Group (IPSIG) held its first event in April 2015. The ANZSIL Interest Group on Oceans and International Environmental Law (OIELIG) held its first workshop in February 2017. The advocacy group Gender, Sexuality and International Law (GSILIG) was founded in 2019. The History and Theory of International Law (HTILG) interest group was founded in 2020. LAWASIA is a regional association of lawyers, judges, lawyers and legal organizations that advocates for the interests and concerns of the Asia-Pacific legal profession. It fosters the transnational exchange of legal knowledge and serves as a channel to promote respect for the principles of the rule of law and the protection of human rights. These sessions reflected a variety of current and current areas of social law research and activities. In lieu of our usual annual conference (which was cancelled due to the pandemic), we hosted an exciting week-long program of online sessions (November 30 to December 4, 2020). Recently, there has been much discussion about existing and new guidelines for national and international sport federations governing the participation of transgender athletes in important codes such as swimming and football.

The main activity of ANZSIL is an annual conference, usually held in turn in Canberra or Wellington.
