The AILA Worksite Enforcement online course is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of construction law enforcement issues for those who are new or want to learn more about this practice area. It covers the basics, but also some intermediate topics and also offers an in-depth insight into effective customer advice. This includes how clients are advised on Form I-9 and acceptable documents (including COVID exceptions), E-Verify login and policies, managing an ICE audit, conducting internal audits, DOJ challenges and concerns on the construction site, and various other topics such as immigration policy and mergers and acquisitions.
