Held with Professor Laura Macgregor on February 9, 2015: One-day workshop on civil evidence, Parliament House, Edinburgh. This workshop was designed by Professor Macgregor and Professor Maher and delivered to Scottish Sheriffs under the auspices of the Judicial Institute. Nicos Scholarios is Senior Tutor in Family Law and Tutor at BEFPA on the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. He graduated as a lawyer in 1983.
He is a senior partner at MSM Solicitors with offices in Paisley and Glasgow. Nicos is a general practitioner with many years of experience in family law and has been an accredited family law mediator since 1995. He is currently Secretary of CALM, an association of legal mediators in Scotland. A new addition is this CPD Advocacy Skills course, which increases the number of courses involved in seven courses. Catherine Hart is a lawyer and has been practicing for 30 years. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before a course, the “accredited hours” applicable to that course will be deducted from the participants` package. Similarly, if a course has been booked and the delegate does not appear.
